Windows 10: What Senior can afford a new computer, where was this declared when Microsoft installed...

As a Senior, I cannot afford to just go out and get a new computer, especially with the price of everything out of control, Where was it agreed to that this would be the result of letting Microsoft install Windows 10 onto everyone's computer. This is so far removed from Microsofts origins that it is truly embarassing for them. How dare you, first you nullify all id software codes so Windows 7 won't be accepted from origional disks even though the agreement in writing with the disk declares you have 3 installs.
