Windows 10: what service keeps my disk busy while running command line...and how to disable that?

I have a Win11pro system that i use every so often to organize, stitch or resize using a series of cmd scripts.Used to do this on the same, but Win10pro system and have never noticed this problem.for this task i use 2 external USB3 disks, one with the original files and the one that runs the cmd script and is the place where a new file is saved once every 8 secondsafter starting the script it runs fine, but after a while of not touching the mouse i see that activity on the HDD where files are written has ramped up to 100%, slowing the script down by some 50%......sometimes it drops down on it'

That will work indeed, however I need to run it from the SCCM Task Sequence's Run Command Line Step and I am not able to figure out how to do that.

Can we change line while executing command from SCCM Task Sequence's Run Command Line Step?
