Windows 10: What should I do if a file won't open after being compressed?

Good evening to everyone. Recently, my computer hasn't been able to open any compressed files. I am taking a class where I must compress the file to submit my homework. From my first assignment to my recent one, it keeps giving me this error: Could not open the file 'C:\Users\hamil\AppData\Local\Temp\64829bbe-547c-4d29-8735-c6499b5b787...\main.cpp'. The file does not exist. All these files that won't open are created from the C and C++ programming language tool code blocks. I have reset my computer, installed and uninstalled all the programs, and read and gone through most of the forums relate

Unable to open or extract Windows-compressed files

To have clarity on this issue and guide you accordingly, kindly help us with the following information.

• Are you aware of any changes that happened on the computer prior to which the files were not compressed?
  

The issue might probably due to the file corruption. If the files were actually compressed, decompressing them should help you recover the files. I would suggest you to decompress the files and see if it helps.

• Search ‘CMD’ from the Start menu and choose
  Command Prompt (admin).
  
• Copy paste the following command and hit Enter:
  CD C:\
  
  (Note: The above command is to change to the root folder of C drive.)
  
• Now, copy paste the following command and hit Enter:
  
  COMPACT /U /S /I /F /Q
  
  (Note: The above command decompresses the whole C drive.)
  
• Wait for the command to run its course, try accessing the files to see if it helps.
  

If the issue persists, try the steps listed below.

• Open File Explorer
  and navigate to the folder with blue overlaid icon. Right click on it and choose
  Properties.
  
• Under the General
  tab, click on Advanced.
  
• Uncheck Compress contents to save disk space
  and click on OK.
  
• Click on Apply
  and select Apply changes to this folders, subfolders and files option to confirm attribute changes.
  
• Restart explorer and see if you can access the files.

Skype won´t wok in 17063

Ok...

After update my Windows 10 to 17063.1000 build, skype won´t work...

It open, but if I Start my conversasion with camera, file share or screen share, it crash...

If I try to uninstall anda install again, I give an error...

Any workaround to solve this issue??

Windows won`t open an program when using Microsoft user

Windows won`t open an program when I try to open it with Microsoft account user, but when I login with local account, that program opens. I have tried with 2 Microsoft accounts, 1 admin and 1 normal user, and it won`t open in either one of them. What can cause this?
