Windows 10: What should I do if my Laptop accidentally shut down due to low battery during Reset?

I have been reseting my laptop for 6 hours to which it was at 32% before I stepped away. The charger slipped out and the device usually lasts 20-30 mins when unplugged. When I replugged it in and turned it on it showed the message of whether to erase or keep TPM I clicked esc. It then showed a message saying that the laptop was unable to remove all the files and that I should reset it again so I chose that option.However now it shows a blue screen saying "installing" and its been 30 mins and it's only at 3%. I don't know what's going on.What should I do to make it continue resetting again? A

Laptop shutting down without warning for low battery

I am having an issue with my laptop since it shuts down when battery is low but there is no low battery popup to indicate.

Moreover if i change the power plan setting and set the laptop to sleep when battery is below 15% it still don't work and laptop just shuts down. I am just very annoyed as it shuts down without low battery warning and i have to open all apps again for work

We suggest that you check if the low battery notification is turned
on. Kindly follow these steps:

• On the search box, type Power Options to see the laptop's power plans.
• Click on Change Plan Settings.
• Click on the Change Advanced Power Settings.
• Scroll down and look for Battery.
• Expand it see Low battery notification, turn it on for both
  On battery and Plugged in.
