Windows 10: What should I do since my Windows is flickering when I power it on?

Hello everybody,So I took my Windows laptop off the charger and turned the power button on to my dismay that the screen is black and flickering looking like it’s powering on. I tried to power it off and on and it is still not working. What do I do?

I understand your query. I suggest you to follow the steps to get out of safe mode.

• 
  Press Windows key + R
  
• 
  Type msconfig
  
• 
  In msconfig > Boot tab >
  Boot Options > uncheck Safe Boot > APPLY / OK.
