Windows 10: What should i do, when the Bitlocker recovery site on microsoft is not working.

Hello there.I need help to fix the not working Bitlocker recovery key site. I already tried all kind's of stuff like, change device/ internet, delete cache and cookies and open in privat tab. Now the funny part is, that i go to an high placed ict school, where you have to have windows laptops. luckily i got 2 weeks of holidays, but i need to get this s- Box fixed.I'm open to all questions if needed.Thanks for reading my question. Lost bitlocker recovery key

I have lost my bitlocker recovery key and tried following the recovery steps. I have also searched and tried following the command prompts suggested but none have worked.

Please follow the suggestions below and check if you are able to boot to your desktop.

• Places to look for your BitLocker key:
  • On a printout you saved. Look in places you keep important papers.
    
  • Saved on a USB flash drive. Plug the USB flash drive into your locked PC and follow the instructions. If you saved the key as a text file on the flash drive, use a different computer to read the text file.
  • In your Microsoft account. To get your recovery key, go to
    BitLocker Recovery Keys.

• Or ask someone for help:
  • Ask someone with administrator privileges on the same PC to unlock it with their key.
  • If your PC is connected to a domain (usually a work or school computer), ask a system administrator for your recovery key
