Windows 10: What should I do?

    What should I do?


    I've recently had my computer refuse to restart. I'm attempting to reset it to a previous version, but cannot remember my password, and it won't change when I attempt to change it through my Microsoft account. It won't boot into safe mode for reasons I'm not aware. Any steps I should take next?
