    What should i do?


    When I start my laptop for the first time during the day my screen stays black. So, i press and hold the shut down the power button. Sometimes, it takes multple tries of opening my laptops and shutting down again until the screen finally opens. However yesterday at night, I did the same thing but the screen would remain black no matter how many times i tried to press and hold the power button to shut down. So i left it. I woke up today and booted up my laptop and theres multiple lines on my screen that wont go away.
