Windows 10: What should I install?

I've just clean installed Windows 10 but I don't know what apps and programs I should install. Any suggestions?
NOTE: There is absolutely nothing on my PC
I would also like some suggestions as to how to get the most out of my PC.

Yes my list multiplying..one mp3 file appears for about 6-7 times, video file list also multiplying..

 

If you are not using Microsoft Office, try the free office suite LibreOffice. I switched to LibreOffice from Office 2007. Meets all my home office needs.

The question is completely meaningless until you decide what it is you want/need to do on your PC.

 

As above, its hard to recommend things without knowing what you want to do

Start with the built in apps, see how they work, if you find them lacking look for alternatives

eg
News, Sport, Money, Weather, Photos, Groove (music app), Movies and TV (has your local videos in it)
