    Trying to add accounts, error code 0x80040154

    Hi Sorry I took a while to reply. I used the email app in windows 10 originally and everything went well. Sunday I downloaded the Outlook app on my Samsung and set up all my email accounts. that is working. I havn't tried to sync with the laptop yet.

    Going to the mail app from the startup window and then to manage accounts my previous accounts are still showing but i can't access them. same code comes up

    Will try it. Thanks.

    Hmm. Tried it. Apparently can't annotate an existing image. Tried "Add A Textbox" and "Add Text in a Bubble"; both could be wrestled into a red outline with transparent center but darned if I can find how to actually put text in them. Program is glitchy and sensitive. I know you use it and like it and I've seen your results but I'm still looking.

    Forgot to mention that I am using the free version. The paid for version has more features but I've not had any issues to get my screenshots made and annotated exactly as I prefer with the free version.

    Depending on what you want to do, Windows' Paint is pretty good...

    Just right click an image and open with Paint.

    But I don't want to print screen. I want to annotate existing images. Ok, I could enlarge an image and then print screen and then annotate and . . . .

    But I did find one that works: Skitch. It's minimal but enough for my needs.

    Downloaded Greenshot & installed. Tried to edit an image, jpg (6.50 MPixels). Edit screen only has one size, no zoom -- or did I miss that? So a majority of the image is off screen. Anyway, much as I'd like to use it, it doesn't seem useful in my case. Help (internet based) is silent on zoom.

    You can annotate an existing image in Screenpresso, any image, not just one captured by Screenpresso:

    Attachment 150327

    The image of five mongoose on a rock was dragged from my Pictures folder on to Screenpresso's window. After selecting it and pressing Edit it could be annotated in Screenpresso in the usual way.

    If you Right-click on Attachment 150327 and choose Open in new window, you can see the email message and the image at the same time.
