Windows 10: What software would work best for drawing fairly detailed diagrams on a picture that was...

So I'm designing a build to go into a camper van. Part of my setup that's going into the van is a HP Spectre x360 15t, and I figured I could use it to draw the wiring diagram and to draw out ideas for the furnishing that will go into the van. Up until this point I've been using my Galaxy Note 10+ to just take a picture of the interior of the van, and I just used the S-pen to draw ideas onto it. Which honestly, worked fairly well.

Now that I'm actually getting into designing the bed and cabinets, I figured I needed to get a bit more detailed, so I got a few cheap/free programs like Paint 3D to try and draw things out. And of course I don't know how to use these programs right away, but it's clear to me that these programs are not meant to be used in the way I'm using them. I generally use the pen that the laptop came with, and the touch screen of the device, and I'm just trying to either draw out a detailed wiring diagram. As well as be able to take a picture of the van, and then import it into a program on the Spectre, and draw out/edit potential furniture that I'd like to possibly put into the van. I know this is a fairly specific use for these programs, but I thought it would be really easy to find something that worked. But surprisingly I've tried like 3-4 programs already and nothing seems to be tailored to this type of editing.

Does anybody have any ideas? I'm not necessarily opposed to spending $50-$100 on something a bit more advanced, but i don't know how often I'll really be using it, and this is really not a professional setting by any means. It doesn't need to be Photoshop level detail, I just want to be able to fluidly draw and edit photos on a windows touch screen laptop to help me come up with ideas.

Microsoft Paint, as the name says is a painting program, which means that it edits pixels. It is a program used for
simple image manipulation tasks, however you can use
Microsoft Visio to draw the circuit diagrams, Microsoft Visio is a part of Office suite. Please refer to the following article.

Create an electrical engineering diagram

There are many other free and paid applications available on Windows Store which can be used to draw circuit diagrams. Sign into Windows Store app, download and install the program of your choice.

Yes, it is posssible, same as it is possible to mow the lawn in your garden with your nail scissors. Generating a drawing like the one below in Paint would take you a very long time and would get you an inferior result.
