    I had bought Windows 11 Home and I haven't received any details on email. Also I can' see any details in my order history. So, I can't find the product number of the windows licence.

    • What's the make and model of your laptop? Aus, N750JK
    • Have you made any changes prior to this issue? I haven`t, but I believe it has occured after my Laptop did some Windows Updates!!!
    • Are you receiving any error messages when trying to use your webcam?
      No, I haven`t!
    Meanwhile, we suggest updating your webcam driver to troubleshoot this issue. To do so, please refer to this link.
    If Windows doesn't find a new driver, you can try checking for one on your device manufacturer's website. I have already contacted them and they don`t have any. As they had told me, it is all on Windows drivers!!!

    Get back to us with the result. Unfortunately, I didn`t get any, jet!!!

  3. Didn't received a giftcard code

    Hi Erik,

    This didn´t really work because the live chat doesn´t give a option to help with that I haven´t received a code.

    Do you usually get a confirmation if you buy something like a giftcard or something?

    And could you maybe see what happened with the order

    Windows 11 Pro - confirmation email not received and I can´t activate it

    Hello,

    I read through +15 different support and community pages and I couldn´t find instructions to solve my issue that worked.

    I purchased from the Microsoft Website (Compra y descarga Windows 11 Pro | Microsoft), not the Microsoft Store. And I selected the "download" option. It´s been over 24 hours since the purchase.

    There´s no product key in my Order History, I haven´t received the expected order confirmation email with instructions and the download link, and my Windows active versions is still Windows 11 Home. I´m completely stuck.

    Please advise.
