Windows 10: What the ever-loving [four-letter word] does microsoft think it is [four-letter-word]ing doing?

This popup appeared on my desktop today. a Please explain how this is in any way acceptable. b How do I make sure it does not appear again? c When did I agree to have adverts appear in my operating system?I'd rather poo in my hands and clap than use GPT-4 or other AI gubbins, which really adds a sting in the tail to how intrusive this is.

Could not type words/letters continuously in emails, microsoft word etc.

I have experienced lately while typing in outlook, emails, Microsoft word etc. that my that the letters/words that I am typing could not be typed, so I click again the mouse button to resume typing letters/words. It's like its hanging up so I have to
click mouse button resume. What seems to be the problem, please help. Thanks.

The command to capitalize the first letter of a word is: Caps word. If voice recognition is having a hard time understanding your command, we suggest that you
train your PC. You can do that by following these steps:

• 
  Press the Start button.
  
• 
  Type and select Windows Speech Recognition.
  
• 
  Follow the instructions.
