    I'd like to disable ALL the eye candy and go back to Windows 95 looks

    I'd like to disable ALL the eye candy and go back to Windows 95 looks

    probably about as 'basic' as you will get in Windows 10 without using Win 7 or earlier.

    This one looks a bit more like it - Windows 95 on Windows 10

    Or here s a theme of Windows Xp for Windows 10
