Windows 10: What to do about memory integrity?

Discus and support What to do about memory integrity? in Windows 10 Software and Apps to solve the problem; memory integrity is off apparently, it may leave me vulnerable it says, but I can't turn it on bc of ftdibus.sys driver being incompatible.     What to do about memory integrity?


    memory integrity is off apparently, it may leave me vulnerable it says, but I can't turn it on bc of ftdibus.sys driver being incompatible. Not sure how to go about trying to update it or if maybe I ought to accept it as is?
