Windows 10: What to do when Bitlocker key doesn't match

Windows files are corrupted, can't start my computer. Bitlocker key doesn't match but I am sure it's correct, can't retrieve files.

Windows doesn`t start. Authomatic repair doesn`t work.

I`m sorry I had not noticed that the text on the picture was in spanish. It says that windows has replaced some damaged clusters in "name" file and "directory". Then, at the end "an unspecified error occurred (75736e6a726e6c2e 4f6)".

I`ll do it and I`ll be updating this thread when I have the report.

Manage Bitlocker

At Window ¨Start¨ enter encryption and select ¨Manage Bitlocker¨ option doesn´t exist in list subsequently can´t turn on Bitlocker. OMG, why must things always being that complicated and not living up to their own expectations. Or haven´t I forgotten to
do my homework?!
