    What to do when C drive is almost full?


    My Windows C: drive is almost full while another Data D: still have a lot of space. Even though I have already set the default download paths as Data D: long time ago, the available space in Windows C: drive still decrease over time and now is almost left with only 9% free space.I would like to know what I should do for this situation. Should I merge the two drives? or should I allocate the space from D to C? And what are the steps to do so? Please help me... Thank you!!

    C: Drive Admin Share Keeps Enabling

    Hi,



    Thank you for your response.



    I suggest you to follow the steps below and check if it helps.


    • Press Windows +E,

    • Right click on C: drive.

    • Select Sharing Tab.

    • Click on Advanced Sharing.

    • Uncheck “Share this folder”.
