Windows 10: what to do when we are not ble to instal windows 11 but it has all the rquirments

I'm using windows 10 since a long time but I had upgrade my windows to 11 it was successful but I was not satisfied so I again went back to windows 10 and now I want windows 11, I'm trying to upgrade it but it is not getting upgrade I've tried several times my system has all the requirements still it is not getting upgraded.

could someone please list the steps they follow to install windows with a dual core processor and windows xp service pack to. I'm reletively new to amd dual core and i feel i'm missing a step. All help will be appreciated. thanx

 

Bluetooth BLE doesn't work properly on Windows 11

Yes apparently Microsoft doesn't support BLE in Windows 11. They think they do but they don't. A shame!

My requirement is to "connect and send signal to 11 BLE device" at the same time i developed my whole UWP application but now i'm facing issue.my app is not able to communicate with 11 BLE device at a time i don't understand whats wrong i checked all scenario
with multiple changes in my app but still i'm not satisfied. is there windows device problem ?

i'm using feather bluefruit 32u4 BLE slave device and windows 10 compbook as a master.please help me.
