What to do with CLOCK _WATCHDOG _TIMEOUT error?

Blue screen error “clock watchdog timeout”. It says it’s collecting error info and will restart but hasn’t restarted yet so should I push the power button to turn it off or wait however long is needed for the system to restart itself?

    :)
