Windows 10: what to do with notification: "your version of windows 11 has reached its service....

hi, I need assistance as how to go about it. for some time now, i tried to do windows update and replly is, "windows lack security update. Just leave the unit plugged so an update can be made. I followed this but for days now it has remained the same until a notification appeared stating " Your " version of win 11 has reached its service. Click to download a newer version to stay supported"I continuously tried to do windows update but nothing happened. The same messages appear. Question: How do I download the new version?

Windows 10 version 1909 will reach end of service on May 11, 2021

Current status as of April 9, 2021

On May 11, 2021, the Home and Pro editions of Windows 10, version 1909 and all editions of Windows Server, version 1909 will reach end of service. After that date, devices running these editions will no longer receive monthly security and quality updates containing protections from the latest security threats. We recommend that you update these devices to the latest version of Windows 10 immediately. Education and Enterprise editions of Windows 10, version 1909 will reach end of service May 11, 2022. (SOLVED/CLOSED)looking for help with Android phone CONSTANT wireless signal notification

Yeah, thats not a solution she is interested in......I've suggested that course of action. Thanks though.

Just to clarify, I feel that there MUST be a step, or series of steps to turn off JUST the wireless notification sound. Thats what Im driving @ here.
