Windows 10: What to do???

I'm starting to feel breakdown in my bones right now, so here's the thing... I was feeling bored with my laptop's name so I tried to change it in the computer management I forgot that I shouldn't delete it and yet I did. Right now I can't personalize, reset and troubleshoot nor activate my windows it always say "Do you want to allow this app to make changes to your device" pointing out my settings and there's only one options which is "No".... I can't do anything I'm so dumb I wanna cry so bad
