Windows 10: What to do?

I updated my laptop to 21H2 but after the update all the apps I have started crashing, my laptop started running slow and I struggle to 60fps on YouTube and when gaming at the lowest resolution Before the update I used to get over 100+fps when gaming even with heavy games I have Intel UHD 630 default apps take crazy amounts of ram and the CPU overheats quickly I have an i5 10th gen and 8GB ram, I know it's not a virus because I windows defender checked and I used Antivirus software to make sure, I can't be my drivers because they are up to date all and it cannot be and error in the update
