Windows 10: What type of media erase does media creation tool do to new hdd is it recoverable?

I used my 5tb new seagate hdd for bootable device using flesh media creation tools by windows setup.I didn't knew it needs emty usb as called flesh drive. I thought it need some space so i used my hdd instead which have all my very important data. So now i see that it has made my hdd to bootable device into fat32 system. Rest 2tb 2tb are unallocated And i can't see my previous data. So what should i do to get my data back ? Do i need to send mely drive to seagate rescue in natherlands or is there a fix i can remove this 30gb flesh from my 5tb hdd and see my all data again ?I don't want to writ

Windows 10 media creation tool - missing warning, disk got erased without question !!

I have not done anything more or less than trying to copy the install files needed for win 10 setup on the external hard drive using the Windows 10 media creation tool. Suddenly my drive had only one partition of 32gb, and all other data on the 1TB drive
was erased and unallocated(raw). The setup itself is 4GB.

So what I did was:

1. Download and run Windows 10 media creation tool
2. Plug in my 1TB usb 3 disk
3. Select that disk in Windows 10 media creation tool and press proceed
4. Windows 10 media creation tool "Finished", drive was completely erased ..
