Windows 10: What version of windows do I have to use to get my dual xenon E5-2690 with 256 gb of DDR 3...

every version of windows that I have tried so far has just ended with a black screen after the logo and loading wheel. I've tried Windows 8.1 both x32 and x64, Windows 10 22H2, Windows server from 2012, and Windows server from 2016.

could someone please list the steps they follow to install windows with a dual core processor and windows xp service pack to. I'm reletively new to amd dual core and i feel i'm missing a step. All help will be appreciated. thanx

Can anyone provide a much-needed step-by-step process (No 3rd party additional Software to Purchase) or a video that show a step by step on how to complete this full 256 GB SSD Transfer to 2TB SSD.
