    What was causing my PC to run extremely slow and freeze lots?


    So I had my PC running all day and I left for about an hour and when I came back my PC suddenly started being extremely slow and freezing constantly and the mouse was lagging and everything. Any program or window I opened would freeze everything and make everything extremely slow.

    My PC specs are:

    Ryzen 5 3600

    GTX 1660ti

    16GB Ram 3200Mhz



    I was monitoring task manager and the CPU kept going up and hovering around 80-100% and reaching almost 80c with just a few things running (not a game). I also noticed the GPU usage spiking up to 100% every now and then upon opening things.

    I then restarted the PC and it was better but still not like it was before. About 10 minutes go by and it seems my PC is back to running smooth and normal again.

    Anyone know what might have been wrong?

    Windows defender full scan showed 0 threats and my disks are healthy.

    It happened out of no where so I'm worried if it might do it again.

    Thanks to Karthicka R I am reconnected to internet.....NOW, PC is running extremely slow. I can't seem to fix it.

    what am I missing?

    my pc is running extremely slow and it get hanged a lot

    my laptop is acting very slow . also my disk usage i always 100% i dont know if this is problem .also while cleaning the pc i came across a DOC001.exe .and there are a lot of scvhost running on the pc i mean a lot

    pls help
