I Want to ask if Tlauncher (launcher for minecraft) is Safe or not for windows please need at least 5 answer

 

Update KB4515384 fails

After 2 days of trying everything possible, I found out that the update KB4515384 has obviously been installed, although it was detected as an update and Windows 10 tried to install it more or less
continuously.

First I tried to de-install all updates prior to KB4515384 as well as KB4515384 itself but this approach failed. After that I recovered with Acronis the version a couple of days prior to the patch day. This version was stable and worked without problems.
There were no updates available before the patch day. After recovering, I started the automatic update and the same happened as before:

Windows says that the update KB4515384, which was not included in my recovery version, could not be installed, although it is included in the installation list as all other new updates.

This indicates that there is an update problem. What else can I do? Actually NOTHING! I have stopped the update till October in the hope that Microsoft gets aware of this problem.

May be it is not a good idea forcing customers to install several times a year a new, not fully tested OS.

Why is update KB4515384 in "Settings" shown as KB4515383 in "Uninstall updates"?

Recently I had to use the Microsoft recovery tool and during the process it had to delete some of the 9/10/2019 updates. It deleted KB4516115 and KB4514359
both of which I reinstalled. I tried to reinstall KB4515384 but, it was listed as KB4515383, also installed on 9/10/2019, with no uninstall option listed.

The computer did install Windows 10 correctly this morning and played the Windows tune. The problem is that Cortana is back to 38% +/-, and listed in the Task Manager as "Very High" again. Apparently the KB4515384 was to correct the Cortana issue.

(It also installed a new update today, 9/18/2019, which was KB4512941.)

Should I delete Cortana, which I don't use, or try for an reinstall using a separate system image backup drive.
