    Just like IE being replaced by Edge. What will replace the classic Windows Troubleshooter after it retires?I am using Windows 11 might use Windows 10 LTSC 2021 at anytime soon

    You actually do not require the MSDT pass key to upgrade to Windows 10.

    MSDT pass key is only required to run the tool and collect logs from your PC.

    The Microsoft Support Diagnostic Tool also gathers diagnostic information, such as system information, registry settings, files, and similar data from your computer and uploads this information to the support engineer over a secure channel. This information
    can be used to diagnose the problem that you are having on your computer. To gather this system information, the Microsoft Support Diagnostic Tool downloads tools onto your computer if they do not already exist.
