Windows 10: What would cause an Event 360, User Device Registration to trip on Win11?

I'm getting a lot of warning and error events that I've never seen before and I'm not sure about what they are or why they would be happening, but I'm not going to overwhelm the post. This one stood out to me, I don't know why, but I don't really get much from Google when I try looking it up to see what would cause this event or any information on what it means. Hopefully someone here can help me understand it.I just want to know if it's something to be concerned about because in the details of it, it mentions it was remotely accessed/connected..which nothing should be.------------------------

Event ID 360 errors

Based on your description, it seems that you are currently suffering from "Event 360, user device registration" in the event viewer, let's work together to get closer to the answer.

1. During this period, is the current computer functioning properly?
   
2. Whether the computer has joined a specific Azure AD domain name management, as shown in some thread references that caused this event, may be related to your computer have been joined a organization domain. Click here for reference.
   

At the same time, if you just don't want to see the error appearing in the event viewer, you can try to modify the registry to prevent the message, the steps are as follows:

• Hold Windows+R > type regedit in the Run box > navigate to the following path:
  
• HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\WINEVT\Channels\Microsoft-Windows-User Device Registration/Admin
  
• Then modify "Enabled" to "0".
  
• Restart the computer and wait for a while to see if the message appears or not.

User Device Registration Event viewer warning ID 360

Has anyone else come across the following on their PC in Event Viewer. Is this just a bug? Ive just clean installed 1903 this morning and the installation went without any problems. Out of curiosity though I always have a look in Event Viewer to see whats there. Im seeing the Event ID 360 User Device Registration warning..its not an error just a warning. But strangely, when I click on it under General (Its the one that starts Windows Hello for Business provisioning will not be launched)...its written in jibberish. I don't really know why Im even seeing this at all because Im running Windows 10 Home!! I can tell what all the words are supposed to say but there are letters written backwards and others are typed in a weird form, and 90% of the letters in the words have ^~' " and other strange markings above the letters. Its written in English and you can tell what each word is supposed to be but the letters are written in a weird jumbled up way. Its only this particular warning that is written in a weird way. All the rest of the warnings and errors are written in perfect readable English. Is anyone else seeing this?

 

User Device Registration Error

When I press the Windows key and L (to lock my computer) when I try to log back in there is a trust issue error message.

I checked the event viewer and I am getting a User Device Registration 304 error. It says "Automatic registration failed at join phase. Exit code: Unknown HResult Error code: 0x801c001d. Server Error: empty. Debug Output \r\n joinMode: Join drsinstance:
undefined

Then in the same event viewer log I get another User Device Registration. This one reads "Automatic registration failed. Failed to lookup the registration service information from Active Directory. Exit code: Unknown HResult Error Code

The only way I can log back (or unlock my computer) is by shutting it completely down. Please help me resolve this issue, this happens so randomly as well.
