Windows 10: What would cause Epic Game Launcher to not open up??

Every time I have tried to open my Epic Game Launcher. All it does it show up in my taskbar for a second then disappears. It never starts up at all. Last time I opened it up was in September. It worked perfectly then. I have contacted Epic about this situation, and they say its a windows issue. I have done everything Epic had asked to do. I have researched to see if any one has/had the same issue as me to try to find resolutions. I just can't figure this out. If you go into the crash dumps under appdata/local, you can see where the launcher has .dmp files. I have even turned off my a

Epic Games Launcher

I got this computer from my step dad, he got it from his insurance company. When I open Epic Games launcher I can see the logo but the rest is blank. Is there a file I need to remove? I really would love any suggestions

If those steps did not resolve your issue, the next step would be to perform a clean boot and check if Epic Games works.
