    Error 0x8024a203 - Update 2017-12 for Windows 10 phone version 1703 fails to install - lack of storage

    Hello, please assist:

    is there anything I can do without hard reset to get this update installed? It gets downloaded 100%, then fails to install due to lack of space:

    The storage usage on the phone (Lumia 640 LTE) is too full (6,68GB of 7,28GB) - remaining 606 MB.

    - System data takes 3,99GB.

    - Apps & games (Microsoft only = the ones that I cannot delete!) take 2,25 GB.


    - I have deleted WhatsApp.

    - E-mails use 403 MB.

    - the rest is empty - everything else is stored by default on SD card.

    Now I got the error code 0x8024a203.
