Windows 10: What's Going On Here? Sketchy Program?

Was not sure where to go with this. Figured I'd give Reddit a shot.

Does anyone have any idea why a program would need to run like this? No other program I have on my pc does this and I have never seen a program do this before. They all just start under explorer. From the research I have done so far it looks like WmiPrvSE.exe gives programs admin access to a PC.

Why did the startup window get cleared?

I didn't missed any step, the list was gone and gone , even after using lot of programs the programs were not listed in that list.

 

Best way to keep vista clean and healthy

Yeah just caught it there.

The only task in that list that is not a part of the system task is the "FreeDownloadManagerNetworkMonitor". We suggest that you end the said task by going again to the
Task Scheduler. To do so, kindly follow these steps:
