One of my pet peaves is finding that something in Windows that has previously worked fine, something that had to be learned, suddenly fails for no apparent reason, leaving the likely fault in the thoroughness of the new release error checking at MS. The most recent example today is the taskbar autohide facility, a boon, especially with a laptop where screen real-estate is precious. In order to temporarily maximise my screen area I dismiss the favorites bar, then later, want it back again, fine, something new to learn, Ctrl+Shift+B toggles the favorites bar. But wait a minute, suddenly my taskb

So, after suggesting checking for firmware updates, it does appear there was a firmware release July 23, 2015 that resolves this issue. The step-by-step directions as well as the firmware release history for the Surface Pro 2 can be found here.

 

Netflix wont open Error code B2-F11 comes up

• what is the complete error message?

Step 1: I suggest you to uninstall and reinstall the latest version of Netflix app from window Store and check if it helps.

Step 2: I suggest you to check for the updates.

• Press Windows logo key +R, enter MS-settings: and then press
  OK. This opens Settings.
• In Settings, go to Update & security > Windows Update, and then select
  Check for updates. Install any available updates and restart your PC if required.
