Windows 10: What's the Best practice in deploying Windows 10 to Surface Tablet ?

Hi people, Can anyone here please let me know if I have created Windows 10 1511 golden image for Surface Pro 4 and other HP workstations with the below process:


1. Run the Surface Pro 4 and then update it to the latest using the Windows Update.
2. When all update has been installed, I checked the version is Windows 10 Professional 10.10586.164
3. I've mounted SW_DVD5_WIN_ENT_10_1511_64BIT_English_MLF_X20-82288.ISO file and then perform the upgrade to Windows 10 Professional 10.10586.164 succesfully.
4. when everything is set, I'm creating the MDT golden image by using the Sysprep (Generalize).


Does this method is the correct way to create the Windows 10 for mass deployment ? Because the SFC scannow command result always shows as corrupted in those workstations I've deployed.


In March 2016, I have deployed to about 15 Surface Tablets and 5 laptops so far using the above method, now I wonder if it is the correct way of doing it or not ?

Can I Unlock Display Rotation for Windows 10?

Hi,

I have the Surface 3 Pro and had upgraded to Windows 10. I arrive at step 4 above but the switch is gray out in both desktop and tablet mode. I then have to remove the type 2 cover and it is available. I then switch it off so that I can rotate the tablet.
Well, it has no effect on my Surface. I use it in tablet mode and the screen is not rotating, with or without the type 2 cover. My Surface is practically unable to rotate despite the switch is off.

Anyone has the similar issue and has figure out the solution?
