I'm working on a project that requires generating random numbers for testing various scenarios. I need a simple and efficient way to create these numbers within a specific range, preferably with an option to customize the output. Does anyone have any suggestions?

I first need to register as a developer and pay 99/year. But I do not want to publish any software on the marketplace.

I want to test software created by others, upload and test software from myself and convince third parties of my product. Others will create and market it.

I have a registered version of VS2010 pro, and technet subscription and for phone 7 I have to pay again???

 

Java random number generator

Hi guys!
I created a program using random numbers and this one seems the easier than the one i build
But the problem is, what if i dont want duplicates! The numbers get used like 2 or 3 times.
Can anyone help me with the code?
