  1. What's the best way to revert off this 1903 update?

I received an update and now my computer wifi reads like it's full bars but according to the task manager networking graph I'm capped at like 100kbs, effectively rendering my internet useless (Intel wifi stick). I looked up some solutions online but none of them have seemed to work. One being disabling and reenabling the wifi stick through the device manager to restore internet. The other being using the "uninstall updates" in the Windows Update center, which said it uninstalled the update but I'm still left here without internet.

Ive seen people say to do a fresh W10 install but that seems like a huge step that I don't even know how to do. Should I be booting into a recovery mode and just choosing a recent backup? Is there a way to more easily address this? Thanks in advance.

What's the best way to revert off this 1903 update?

    Cannot update to 1903

O_O thats a lot of steps. Starting in a few mins. Quick question though:
You list a set of instructions for "Windows 10 iso as an in place upgrade repair" with links, and then you included a box for "Routine troubleshooting steps" with 13 steps including links.

Which should I be following first?

PLEASE don't hate me for asking this as this just occurred to me. Should I try the update in Safe mode? I downloaded the MediaCreationTool 1903, but it wasn't successful in doing the update, nor was it successful in creating Usb install.
