Windows 10: What's the reason behind Windows 11 installing old AMD Graphics Driver ?

I have been manually installing AMD graphic drivers on my IdeaPad running windows 1122H2. With every windows update, it is forcing me to install an outdated graphics driver which I don't want.

Windows 11 installing AMD graphic wrong drivers

Hi.

I have windows 11 home. Every time, after I install AMD adrenaline software (downloaded from AMD), MS WINDOWS 11 install an AMD graphic driver that don't work.

I activate the Group Policy Editor so I can deactivate in there.

I deactivate in SYSTEM > ADVANCED SYSTEM SETTINGS > HARDWARE > DEVICE INSTALLATION SETTINGS

And I edit de registry so WINDOWS 11 HOME don't install any DRIVER.

But nothing works. Every time I install AMD Adrenaline (and work like a charm) WINDOWS pop an AMD graphic driver installation, install it, and screw de AMD drivers.

How can I block WINDOWS update from installing drivers.

I need a useful answer (I look up on other treads and saw that they have the same problem. Still unresolved).

Windows 11 is keep installing the wrong AMD driver

I installed the proper version on the amd website with auto detect and windows 11 is keep installing the old driver which is causing graphics problems. How to stop this ?
