    So i got a pc second hand not sure what windows it is. However it says user profile cannot...: I got the pc. Lady showed me it working. However when rebooting it it started to not loading the user profile. So we sent her the safe mode steps which she apparently did and fixed it. I now have it same problem, only this way it's refusing to load the safe mode. What can I...
