Windows 10: What's with the super slow File Explorer?

    What's with the super slow File Explorer?


    As far as I can tell, this started with Win11 22621.963. Every time I open File Explorer, it has to slowly scan the SSD, or something, before it shows what used to pop up in no time.What the bloody hell, over? Is this another one of Microsoft's wonderful new surprises?When you first open File Explorer, it only shows the recent ones you opened. Then after a ridiculously long wait, finally the "navigation pane" shows up on the left. I'm saying, the pane on the left, which shows all the disk drives, it takes some 30 seconds to show up now, every bleeping time you open File Explorer. Used to be in

    indexing is super slow

    File explorer and inserting pictures in any windows program is SUPER SLOW
