Windows 10: What's with this new 'comment under review' thing going nonsense?

I was saying on an article about Musk. How would you like to be constantly thrown stuff at 24/7 and then go to court to spell your entire life story out to prove your innocence even though you didn't do anything wrong just that people disagree with you whom have deep pocket books. I finally just said to someone 'Good they don't want trouble makers anymore' and somehow that actually went thru.Another one is And how do you know the 'critics' aren't just spouting BS at him? I see it almost all the time. Sometimes there is valid criticism but it is very rarely ever seen in the sea of junk.&n

Windows version 1809 - excel displays new comment instead of insert comment

Did all of the steps you suggested and the drop down list still does not show "insert comment" HOWEVER when I select "new note" from the dropdown list, it works the same as "insert comment". I think the engineers changed the title. Also at the top
of the excel screen is a field "tell me what you want to do"; if you type in insert comment, the insert comment window comes up and looks exactly like the window when you select "new note". As you suggested, I will send feedback to the engineers. Thank

MSN comments being "reviewed".

I have had a couple of my comments on MSN reported and the only thing I get is:

"thank you. We will review this comment and remove it if it doesn't meet our standards"

That's all I can see, I have no idea of knowing which comment it was nor do I get a chance to say anything about it. It appears people are using it as a weapon, write something they don't like, they report it and MSN immediately pulls it. That is wrong. I have also never heard the results of any of my comments being reviewed. I truly expect more from a company like Microsoft, one I have been with since they started. I should be able to have a say, know which comment it was, and if it is removed the reason why.
