Windows 10: Whats wrong with Win11 24H2 update?

When i updated Win11 24H2, my laptops getting inaccesable boot device error. Finally, i removed win11 24H2 update then my laptops open back. If you dont have a boot device on ur computer then dont update win11 24H2. Please, solve this situation!

There are no currently listed problems resetting version 24H2 of Windows 11 and no specific steps you need to perform, are you experiencing any problems with that insider build that is causing you to perform a Windows reset?

 

Will 24H2 Only Be Available to Copilot+ PCs?

My two cents - Msft starts shipping out Copilot+ PCs on June 18th. I believe they will be shipped with Win11 24H2 ready. So this June 15th release you referenced is prepping for that. For the non-Copilot+ PCs, users can still preview 24H2 via insider channel, and I believe it will be available eventually for our non-Copilot+ PCs. Just like previous years, they usually arrived around fall, not summer. Once again, just my two cents.

 

Should I update bios?

I would read the warranty before doing anything. If the manufacturer finds out you did something not on their approved list of steps,for example using a program they didn't list, or a bios, etc, they can treat your video card rma like you threw it against the wall , because if something goes wrong and you didn't follow their steps exactly ,it was damaged through human error and they're not likely going to be obligated to cover it warranty wise. I don't know for sure, I just advocate that you check first , and I also advocate that you verify that it's an actual update ,because very rarely do manufacturers release updates for gpu bios'. And they most certainly wont cover a GPU "update" if its a bios file written by some dude in the Ukraine, it has to be a set process, they have predetermined often.
