Windows 10: Whatsapp syncing messages in backround. I don't have it installed!

I get this popup every now and then. I do not use Edge. I stopped edge from automatically start.Yet I get this popup.I do NOT have Whatsapp installed on my computer. Microsoft Edge is running something hidden in the backround?

Unable to scroll a long message in WhatsApp while typing

Ok, I just updated whatsapp but it's still the same, unable to scroll the message.
I'm not sure how to "clear the cache", I don't think it would help either.
My mom has never been able to scroll in a long message that she's typing.
It's just that you CAN scroll a message on android and it just does not work on a windows phone somehow.

As an initial troubleshooting step I suggest you to restart your phone and try to install Whatsapp application and check if that works. If the issue persists I would suggest you to perform a Soft Reset

Whatsapp on Nokia X ???

Please follow the steps properly your problem will be solved

1.Download my app "Whatsapp Launcher for Nokia x" from Nokia store.

• Download Latest version of Whatsapp from
  
  http://www.whatsapp.com/android/

• Install Whatsapp you downloaded in step 1 , Complete your Whatsapp login as there will be no error until you login

4. After login complete your Whatsapp will start to show error "DEVICE NOT SUPPORTED"



5. Open app "Whatsapp Launcher for Nokia x" and there will be no error to open Whatsapp have fun.
