Windows 10: WhatsApp voices garbled on two Windows machines but not on my phone

I have WhatsApp desktop installed on two Windows 10 machines and the WhatsApp app installed on my Android phone.Starting a few weeks ago I noticed that on my WhatsApp calls on both my Windows machines my party's voice has been garbled for me, and they sometimes hear an echo of their voice, while they hear me clearly.One Windows machine is connected by Ethernet to my router, while the other Windows machine connects with the router via WiFi.When I call my party with WhatsApp on my Android their voice is not garbled and they hear me clearly with no echo of their voice whether the phone is connect

Using Whatsapp Without Real Phone Number?

How is your privacy invaded on second phone with a separate number. Set it up so you only use known contacts you select. What else can they do other than phone you in which case you block them. What possible personal information could they get other than what you give them? Even if they passed your number to others, the worst they could do is call you and get no reply. Doing what you want is like being ex directory but with modern autodial programs, that does not stop junk calls. So even if you keep number totally private, junk callers will still call you. In the end, only turn on second phone when you need it and set up privacy options.
