    WHEA error - BSOD


    I got this message. WHEA_UNCONTROLABLE_ERROR. Tried everything, even did factory setting reset, still it doesn’t work. Any help ?My laptops been showing this since last 3 months, unable to use it at all!

    WHEA UNCORRECTABLE ERROR HOW TO RESTART

    If you can get into Safe Mode or Windows per the above recovery steps, there is also good info on the error from NeoSmart here:

    If it persists I would also Run the Blue Screen Troubleshooter at Settings > Update & Security > Troubleshoot.
