Windows 10: WHEA Error cant find a solution Kernal 41 error 70368744177664,2

Hello everyoneSince last two weeks I'm getting random WHEA uncorrectable error windows 10, on event view I find thisI've search fixes, tried the follwingupdating driversformating pc keeping personal filessetting ram volt to 1,4used the command scan now, chk dks and others and did not workPlease, how do I fix this?It's occurs during gaming sessions, occurs on desktop browsing !I can't even find anything that can point me to a faulty hadware or softwareAlso, how do I check dump files? Mine dont have the 'mini dump' folderthanks

My pc has been randomly freezing (usually whist in games doesn't depend on game they all freeze) also my temps are fine

WHEA Error - Please Help

Everything on my computer has been running flawlessly since building it a few months ago. For the last week, I've been getting random WHEA errors. I assumed they would go away on their own since it was a generic error every time. Today, I got fed up and reinstalled windows. About 15 minutes into the new installation, I get another WHEA error. I googled it and decided to get blue screen viewer to determine the root of the problem. I have no clue how to read this error log though and need help in a big way. Can someone please direct me on how to fix this crap? Let me know what other information is needed. I'm going crazy over here.

As you can see from the error message in the Bugcheck Analysis, the key cause of the BSOD is WHEA_UNCORRECTABLE_ERROR (124). This is a common hardware error analysis report. As shown in the diagram:





The process that causes the blue screen error to occur during device operation is Discord.exe, a stack trace indicating that a computer check exception has occurred on the system, usually this is when the CPU detects a non-recoverable hardware error similar to the nt! error, as shown in the red box:



In this case, the specific error code is 0x124, which is a common code for machine check exceptions. The module name is [AuthenticAMD], which suggests that the error may be related to the AMD processor, but the stack trace cannot log more information about the error because the system has stopped running when the BSOD appears. as shown in the green box.

Firstly, please ensure that your device's cooling system is working properly, ensure that the heat is dissipated and ensure that no GPU or CPU overclocking settings have previously been set in the BIOS.

Drivers or systems are usually not the reason to cause this error (as you have already tried to reinstall the drivers and Windows) In addition, I recommend that you contact an offline computer repair person and perform a hardware cross check, this should help you to pinpoint if the problem is from the hardware and if so you may need to have the hardware repaired.
