    WHEA-Logger Event 17, and computer crashing


    Hello,My friend has replaced his motherboard, RAM, GPU and CPU in his PC and is now crashing when it is playing gamed. I am pretty certain the crash is related to GPU. His new motherboard is a gigabyte z790 gaming plus AX and his new GPU is 5070ti. He also upgraded from windows 10 to windows 11.It is also worth noting he bought the new motherboard, RAM and CPU *FIRST* and tried his old GPU, but it did not work with Oblivion crashed often so he upgraded that using DDU to uninstall previous GPU drivers first.His PC will crash or restart only when playing games, and games he used to be able to

    I decided not to visit ASUS service center because after 2-3 weeks they would say 'we couldnt do anything'. I googled about whea-logger, event 17 problem. It takes place on all 6th Intels modification. So, there is another question for me. How could computer companiess release the laptops with errors and problems? or did they cut all staff positions of quality control deparments? Rdiculous, in any case.

    Lots of people with HP laptops latest 2017 releases have the same error WHEA logger event id 17 and I have that too.....

    The WHEA logger error causes freezing whole laptop creating an error in event viewer

    Tried some settings in advance power settings

    Changing "Maximum Power savings" to "off" in PCI Express ----> LInk Power state management this fixed the error for a while but now i have spotted the error in every latest laptop that has Nvidia Geforce 940 mx graphic card

    my laptop is

    HP Pavilion x360 14-ba073tx and the same error was also repeated with my friends

    Hp Pavilion 15-cc102tx

    Can you help me ASAP

    And also please explain in detail how to disable "WHEA logger error" as you done above
