Windows 10: WHEA-Logger Fatal hardware error when WLAN Extensibility Module has successfully started

At least that's what I think has been happening. My computer would freeze at seemingly random intervals, I did the usual, update drivers and all that. I eventually took it to a shop and they couldn't get it to replicate the crashes. It comes back and it's still crashing. I've been checking the event logger and each time, usually a second before my system crashes, I get a message that WLAN Extensibility Module has successfully started. I'm not an expert so I have no idea if it's connected, but it's been frustrating. My PC is a custom build if that matters and here is the full raw data from the

WHEA Logger - Fatal Hardware Error (AMD Northbridge)

Hi,

Recently moved Windows 10 from HDD to SSD, and now I am confronted with crash/restart with no BSOD (can be every 5 minutes, can be an hour).

A fatal hardware error has occurred.

Component: AMD Northbridge

Error Source: Machine Check Exception

Error Type: 11

Processor APIC ID: 0

Also a critical Kernel-Power error (EventID: 41), 8 seconds before WHEA Logger

It generally occurs while on a game. If I'm just using the PC for browsing/general purposes or downloading something in the background, it seems to be okay but not 100% sure.

I'm aware there's multiple threads on this already, as I have tried pretty much all the answers and still haven't found a fix.

Any advice would be appreciated.

Processor: AMD A10-9700 Radeon R7

Motherboard: ASUS Prime A320M-K

• Run Memtest and no errors
  
• Tried going back to HDD and error still occurs, so assume SSD is okay and working
  
• Fast boot disabled in BIOS
  
• Chipset drivers updated
  
• Radeon software updated, says all drivers up to date
  
• Windows up to date

WHEA-Logger Error with Event ID 16

Hi,

I just added a Maxsun 4070 Graphics card to my PC and it sometimes has WHEA_UNCORRECTABLE_ERROR blue screen problem when I start my computer. It will automatically restart and log into Windows 11 with no problem. The event log shows it has WHEA-Logger Error with Event ID 16.
