Windows 10: Whea uncorrectable error with z390 msi carbon ac motherboard and 9900k

I've build a new computer and after about a month of using it i started getting Whea uncorrectable error. Iv'e tried all the diagnostics software on cpu and ram and it shows no error. What helps the most is if i go to bios setting and enable game mode on my z390 msi carbon ac motherboard. That makes the bsod only happen after few hours of using the computer. If i do default bios that my computer go to bsod every few minutes. I attached dump file in this post. Can someone help me out. I purchased a used 9900k. I did allot of benchmarks on it and i had no issues until the return expired.

WHEA UNCORRECTABLE ERROR

My new build was getting BSOD with various reasons but WHEA UNCORRECTABLE ERROR is now the predominant/only BSOD I am getting.

Stopped overclocking

I did a complete reinstall of Win10 Pro. Deleted ASUS GPU TWEAK and UEFI AEI SUITE 3.

System scan and health check showed no problems.

Still am getting BSOD WHEA UNCORRECTABLE ERROR periodically and especially on Battlefield V, really unplayable at this point.

Any help on this issue would be appreciated.

random whea uncorrectable error at random time

I keep this BSOD ever since I made this built. My PC is an i9 9900k running on an MSI meg ace z390 motherboard. I have 32 GB of corsair 3000 MHz ram and an MSI 2080ti seahawk x. I recently did an RMA on the i9 9900k CPU, thinking that must be the cause
but I am still getting the error. I already did multiple fresh installs of window 10 with all drivers installed but that didn't help at all. So at this point, I thinking it's a hardware error but I need help pinpointing the culprit and the part that makes
it really difficult is the randomness of this error. I could go for days or weeks without seeing this error. I already tried running furmark and prime 95 to synthesize heavy workload but that doesn't cause the error at all... I can provide the dump file if

WHEA Uncorrectable Error While Idle

I built a new PC 2 months ago and have been having WHEA Uncorrectable Errors and some Machine Check Exceptions. This usually happens during idle, for example I will walk away from the PC for an hour and come back to the windows login screen. After checking BlueScreenView I had a BSOD. Sometimes it happens watching youtube or browsing. I have not had this issue while gaming at all.

Additional Drives: 2 X Samsung 850 EVO 250 GB
Windows Version: Windows 10 Home Edition Version 1909 OS Build:18363.657

Troubleshooting so far
CHKDSK completed with no errors
8 Passes for MEMTEST86 No Errors
Intel Processor Diagnostic Tool - No Errors
PRIME95 Ran for 4 hours - No Errors
Updated all drivers I can think of. Including GPU and all drivers from MSI website
Ran MSI LiveUpdate 6
Updated BIOS to latest non beta version
