Windows 10: Whea uncorrectable issue. Is my cpu dead?

Really sorry for the long story telling. I wanted to give as many information as possible, so if someone answers he takes all under consideration. It's the first time I write in a forum about any problem I faced but this seems too complicated for me and I can't seem to find anything helpful on the web. But I can't find any solution or proper actually answers on the internet... any help? So I am running on win

I get whea uncorrectable error immediately when i turn my pc on and it restart the pc to get the whea uncorrectable error again and again.

My name is Mohammed Shuaib, an Independent Advisor and I'm here to assist you with the issue of WHEA uncorrectable error. please follow the below steps to fix if any hardware related issue.

Fix #1:

Step 1:

Go to search box next to Windows icon and type CMD

Step 2:

Right-click on Command Prompt and select Run As Administrator

Step 3:

Type msdt.exe -id DeviceDiagnostic and press enter.

Step 4:

Restart PC

Let me know the status after performing the above and if in case it doesn't resolve the issue please upload the memory.dmp or minidump files generated in the below path after the crash to further analyze the issue.
