Windows 10: WHEA Uncrrectable Error 124

Hi guys, i received after analysing this result. I have a brandnew PC from digitec.ch https://www.digitec.ch/de/s1/product/captiva-r65-854-amd-ryzen-9-5950x-32-gb-2000-gb-ssd-pc-17342698. The pc crashes always after returning in a game to menu.... Can someone help me and tell, what is the actual problem which is causing the pc crash / pc restart? ** Bugcheck Analysis ** *********

What does this error mean?

Code 124 is not necessarily overheating.
The WHEA-Logger events in the log are what is being thrown.
The MCI devices us the WHEA (Windows Hardware Error Architecture) for reporting stuff.

Hi Sumit,

I have downloaded the test module from Intel and ran every single one of them, my processor passed them all with flying colors.

But the Windows is still crashing producing the same damp files with the code 124 WHEA uncorrectable error.

I'm really confused.

I have been experiencing the BSOD 124 WHEA uncorrectable error / Windows 10

The machine is Lenovo Y710 cube-15ISH and specs are as follows:

Intel Core™ i7-6700 Processor (3.40GHz 8MB)

NVIDIA® GeForce® GTX 1070 6GB

16GB DDR4 2133 MHz

1TB 7200 RPM + 128GB SSD

65W CPU Cooler

Never played a single game on it

Never overclocked anything

No errors in safe mode

Problem continued after fresh installation of windows

I've done all stress tests possible with no errors GPU/CPU/RAMScanned both hard drives for errors many times

Swapped RAMs

Uninstalled and reinstalled Drivers

Reseated hardware

Flushed BIOS

Nothing seames to be helping with the error 124

Any ideas fellows?
