    Without data from the DM Log Collector I have not many ideas.

    Yes I have tested hardware. I did memtest for ram fur mark to stress test the video card, hardrive tester that comes with windows. And I checked temps on CPU. Seems to be stable at 41.

    What memtest have you performed?
    Memtest from Windows, MemTest86, MemTest86+ or another?

    Except in special cases, I recommend to run MemTest86+

    MemTest86+ needs to be run for at least 8 passes for conclusive results. Set it running before you go to bed and leave it overnight. We're looking for zero errors here. Even a single error will indicate RAM failure.
    For the hard drives, please run SeaTools > prefered SMART, short generic and long generic tests at least.

    Ok so months later i just started replacing things. I ended up replacing memory and then also buying an ssd and reinstalling windows on it. This has fixed my issue. Now on to the next!!
